Return Policy

At Sociban Academy, we value our students and aim to provide the best learning experience. Since our courses are live and knowledge-based, our return policy is different from physical products.

1. Course Enrollment

  • Once you register and make payment, your seat is reserved.

  • We invest time, resources, and faculty scheduling from the moment you enroll.

2. Return & Replacement

  • As our courses are digital and live, they cannot be “returned” like physical items.

  • There is no replacement or transfer of seats to another student after the course starts.

3. Exceptions

  • If you enroll in the wrong course by mistake, contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

  • We may allow a transfer to another batch at our discretion.

4. Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the system and internet requirements for attending live classes.
