1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a demo class, enrol, or contact us, we ask for your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, city, state, email address, the course and mode (online or offline) you are interested in, and the one-time verification code we email you. If you message or call us on WhatsApp or phone, we also see the details you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the website, our systems and the tools described below receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and identifiers stored in cookies (for example the Meta “_fbp” and “_fbc” cookies).
2. How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry, schedule your free demo class and tell you about batches, fees and EMI options;
- to verify your email address with a one-time code before we save your enquiry;
- to enrol you and deliver the course, including sending class links, schedules and updates;
- to measure how our website and advertising perform and to show relevant ads to people who visited our site;
- to keep the website secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google tags
The website uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. Through Google Tag Manager we may run analytics and advertising tags, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads. The Meta Pixel and our server-side connection to Meta (the Conversions API) send events such as page views, course-page views, contact clicks and completed enquiries to Meta so we can measure and improve our ads. These events can include your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers, and, for submitted enquiries, contact details provided by you.

4. Where your information is stored and who we share it with
Enquiries submitted through the website are stored in our website database and copied to a spreadsheet that our team uses to follow up. We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you — for example our hosting provider (Hostinger), email delivery, Google (Tag Manager and Sheets) and Meta;
- Payment providers or banks where you pay fees, if applicable;
- Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and enrolment information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, to keep accounting and legal records, or as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time (reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or email us). 7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.

Our courses are meant for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the enquiry or contact us on your behalf.
