1. No Refunds After Enrollment

• Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable.

• This applies even if you miss classes or cannot continue for personal reasons.

2. Special Cases

• If we cancel a course due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• If you accidentally make duplicate payments, we will refund the extra amount.

3. Batch Transfers

• Instead of a refund, we may allow shifting to a future batch if informed before the course start date.
