These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of socialbaniyaacademy.in and to any course, demo class or service offered by Social Baniya Academy, a unit of Sociban Digital Solution Pvt Ltd, DSS 103, Basement, Sector 13, Hisar, Haryana 125001, India (“we”, “us”, “the Academy”). By using the website, booking a demo class or enrolling, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enrol.
1. What we offer
The Academy runs a 90-day Digital Marketing + AI Tools course in two formats: online (live sessions on Zoom with recordings of your batch) and offline (in person at our Hisar office). The syllabus is described on the curriculum page. A free demo class is available before you enrol.
2. Enrolment and fees
- The course fee is the amount shown on the online and offline course pages, or confirmed to you in writing (WhatsApp or email) when you enrol. At the time of writing, the fee is ₹20,000 for the online course and ₹24,000 for the offline course.
- An EMI option in two instalments is available; the instalment amounts and dates are confirmed to you when you enrol.
- Your seat is confirmed only after the fee (or the first instalment) is received and we confirm it to you.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Classes, batches and schedule
Batch dates, timings and trainers are shared when you enrol. We may reschedule a session, change a batch timing or substitute a session format (for example moving an offline session online) for reasons such as trainer availability, public holidays, weather or technical problems; we will tell you in advance wherever possible. Online learners are responsible for their own internet connection, device and Zoom access.
4. Course materials and intellectual property
All course content — including slides, videos, recordings, templates, prompts, notes and the Academy’s name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, publish, share login or class links, or record and redistribute classes or materials without our written permission.
5. Your conduct
Please treat trainers and fellow learners with respect, attend honestly and do not misuse class access, share another person’s details or use what you learn to deceive or harm others (for example running misleading ads or spam). We may remove a learner from a batch for serious or repeated misconduct, and the Refund Policy will apply to that situation.
6. No guarantee of results
We teach practical skills, but we do not promise a job, a salary, freelance clients, business revenue or any particular income. Results depend on your effort, practice, market conditions and many factors outside our control. Campaign results, earnings or examples shown in class or on our website relate to specific projects or individuals and are not a promise that you will achieve the same.
7. Third-party platforms and tools
The course teaches the use of third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, Hostinger, Claude, ChatGPT, ClickBank and JVZoo. These platforms have their own terms, pricing, policies and features, which can change or be withdrawn without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by them, or for restrictions or suspensions of your accounts on those platforms.
8. Website content
Information on this website — including fees, syllabus and batch details — is provided in good faith and may change. If anything on the website differs from what we confirm to you in writing when you enrol, the written confirmation applies. Blog articles are general information, not professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including lost income or business opportunities) arising from your use of the website or courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website, classes or recordings if you breach these Terms or misuse our services. You may stop attending at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please first contact us at hello@socialbaniyaacademy.in so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Hisar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, which applies from the date it is posted.
